Dr Kristina Hulme - Veterinarian

Dr Kristina Hulme joined the Pascoe Vale team in 2004. Graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1999. Kristina has since worked in small animal practices in regional Victoria and in the UK. She has a special interest in radiology, and in 2004 completed a post-graduate certificate in diagnostic imaging. Kristina has 2 dogs, a kelpie called Charlie, and a Chow-Heeler cross named Gabrielle, who is pictured in this photo.


Dr Xinru Tsai - Veterinarian

Xinru joined the team at Pascoe Vale Vet in 2008 after having spent a year doing a surgical interniship at Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre. She has a special interest in all aspects of surgery. Outside work Xinru enjoys latin dancing and entertaining her two cats, Brandy and Baileys.


Dr Ivan Lee - Veterinarian

Ivan graduated form Murdoch University, Perth with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery in 2006. He spent his first few years in a practice in regional Victoria before deciding that it was time to move on. When the chance arose to join Pascoe Vale Veterinary Hospital it was too good an opportunity to turn down.

Ivan enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery and is looking forward to meeting and working with the Pascoe Vale community. While relishing the new challenges ahead, Ivan also enjoys quiet and quality time at home with his partner and two lovely cats, Pepper and Sugar, who he hand-reared from when they were only two days old. 


Miranda Turner - Head Veterinary Nurse

Working at Pascoe Vale Veterinary Hospital since 1993, Miranda is an integral part of the team. She loves the challenge of managing a busy clinic while still taking the time to get to know all the pets. Miranda is kept just as busy at home with her two children plus chocolate Labrador Rosie and Tabby Missy.


Denise Frazzetto - Veterinary Receptionist

Denise has worked with us for more than twenty years. She originally trained in 1974 as a veterinary nurse. Denise has been the ‘face' of the clinic at reception for many years now and has developed a special bond with many clients and their pets. Denise has three grown children, one gorgeous grandson, two dogs, Totti and Marti and a rabbit Paqualino.


Margaret - Veterinary Receptionist

Margaret was born in Melbourne and came to work with us over 20 years ago and hasn't forgotten a client or pet's name since. She has a husband and two grown children, three beautiful grandchildren and Nikkita the cat.


Jackie C - Veterinary Nurse

Jackie, a born and bred local girl, has been with the team for many years. She has completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and loves all facets of veterinary nursing. With the new addition to her family, baby Andrew, Jackie is currently working on a part-time basis. She also has two other much larger family members, her Bouviers Zeus and Chewy.


Denise Sankovich - Veterinary Nurse

Born in Vancouver, Canada Denise is a long converted Aussie who joined the team in December 2005. Having completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing Denise has special interests in pain management and weight management and she currently runs our Weight Loss Clinic. Denise has a menagerie at home of two lizards, three birds, a dog, a cat and not to be forgotten, two children.


Katherine Jordan - Veterinary Nurse

Katherine joined the team as one of our full time veterinary nurses. Katherine is a country born girl whose childhood pets included horses, cats and dogs. She has recently returned to Australia from three months of travel overseas. Previously, Katherine worked in a clinic in the southeast of Melbourne. She has been nursing for approximately three years and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.


Monica Glenn - Veterinary Receptionist

Monica has joined the team as a regular Saturday member. Monica is currently attending university full-time studying Veterinary Bioscience with the aim to transfer to Vet Science next year. Monica started her love affair with animals at the RSPCA in WA in 2005. She has two loved and spoilt cats, Sally a Tortoise Shell and Dexter the Tabby. 


Jessica (Jess) Edgar - Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Jess came to us early in 2009 after having studied a Bachelor of Animal & Veterinary Bioscience and working as a Pet Nutrition Advisor for Eukanuba and Iams. She loves all animals and enjoys the company of her Kelpie "Kaz", Jack Russell "Sam" and horse "Woodstock". Jess will be commencing her Certificate IV in Vet Nursing to pursue a long-term career with the team at Pascoe Vale.  


Melissa - Trainee Veterinary Nurse

New to the team at Pascoe Vale Melissa is starting her career in veterinary nursing and is eager to take on the challenge. Ever since doing work experience at the Lost Dogs Home while in school Melissa has wanted to follow a career path of working with animals. Melissa grew up with a variety of animals, from a Jack Russell and a Cockatoo to Guinea Pigs. Melissa currently has canaries and a Koolie named Diesel.
